Doppler and Advanced Techniques in Urologic Ultrasound

The Doppler and advanced techniques presented in this video will instruct participants in the physics, machine settings, and techniques for performing power, color and spectral Doppler ultrasound in the practice of urology. The use of ALARA in the performance of Doppler ultrasound will be discussed. The advanced features of ultrasound will be demonstrated with an eye toward practical utilization in the office and operating room settings. The clinical indications for the performance of Doppler ultrasound will be presented.
