Data Development & Services Manager
<p>The American Urological Association is the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care. We are actively recruiting a Data Development & Services Manager in our Information Services Department.<br /><br />The Data Development & Services Manager will be responsible for managing all data processing activities and system integrations of the organization within the context of the AUA association management system (AMS) and enterprise business applications. Coordinates and facilitates the ongoing development of all AMS integrations, customization, and application development deliverables; Performs database performance tuning, database mirroring, backup & recovery, and monitors security; Performs logical and physical database design; Designs and implements business applications; Manages all new product development, including the customizations to existing modules in AMS; Responds to staff requests to explore and review new systems applications or to pursue new developments that will improve existing operating systems.</p>
<h4>The successful candidate will have:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree required</li>
<li>Working knowledge of object-orientated methodology, SQL, XML, web and data services, and ETL processes required</li>
<li>Experience with Crystals Reports 8.5 or Higher required, Crystal Reports 11 considered a plus</li>
<li>A minimum of 2 years' experience developing in Visual Studio .NET C# required</li>
<li>Requires 2 - 5 years' experience programming in Microsoft development environment (VB, C++)</li>
<li>Knowledge of full life cycle development required</li>
<li>Business experience with CRM, financial, broadcast messaging, eCommerce applications, or Association Management software solutions preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated skills in technical documentation</li>
<li>Experience with Personify a plus</li>
<li>Well-organized with ability to document procedures and keep clear, thorough records</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communications skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel occasionally</li>
