Attending AUA2024 with your Family?
AUA2024 is family friendly! We are parents too, and we know what it's like to need childcare and other parenting resources especially when you're away from home. Here's what the AUA is offering in San Antonio:
Meeting Access for Children under 18
Everyone who attends AUA2024 must be registered and have a badge. Badges for children are complimentary and available onsite at the registration desk. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will have access to AUA2024 sessions. Guardians are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free session environment. In the interest of safety and injury prevention, infants, and children under 18 years of age will not be permitted in the exhibit hall.
Childcare Services
AUA2024 will once again offer CampAUA, a program exclusively designed for guests and family members of registered AUA2024 attendees. Services provided by Plus One Meetings offers a safe and fun environment for infants and school-aged children. Activities include arts and crafts, interactive games, music, story time, quiet time and much more.
Hours of operation are Friday, May 3 through Monday, May 6 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Advanced registration is recommended for safety planning and space limitations, complete the registration for CampAUA. Nursing Mothers
Private space has been allocated on HBGCC’s Meeting Level in room 2137 (near room 215) and on the Street Level in Room 1212 (near the entrance to Exhibit Hall 4A) for all nursing mothers to ensure comfort and privacy.
