The American Urological Association’s Patient Perspectives Program is an event that uplifts the patient voice by providing a platform to share personal experiences and raise awareness on urologic conditions and cancers. Hosted during the AUA’s Annual Meeting and now in its fourth year, the program empowers patients, caregivers/care partners, advocates, and healthcare providers to share their personal experiences on a national stage to an audience of urologists from around the world. By bridging the gap between a patient’s lived experience and clinical understanding, this program aims to improve patient care, strengthen physician-patient communications, and advance health outcomes for all urologic patients.
Do you have a story to share with the global urologic community? Submissions are now open for consideration to be presented at AUA2025 in Las Vegas, NV, April 26-29.
Submissions must be received by February 3, 2025.
AUA Patient Perspectives Program is sponsored by Pfizer
