Exhibitor Badge Policy
- Each exhibiting company is allotted five complimentary exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space rented. Any badges 6-10 over allotment will be charged $310 each, badges 11-15 will be charged $820 each per additional badge, Badges 16+ will be charged $1,550 each.
- The exhibitor badge admits Exhibitors into all Plenary, Podium and Poster Sessions, as well as any non-fee Courses and educational programs at the Annual Meeting. Registration for AUA Courses is available to Exhibitors for a fee. Registration fees will apply to Instructional (IC) Courses.
- Exhibitors sponsoring Product Theaters, Skills Workshops, Bioskills Labs, or Skills Challenges, will be allotted an additional ten badges.
- ExpoSuites are entitled to 5 exhibit badges for 100 sq. ft, 10 for a 200 sq. ft. size, and 20 badges for the 400 sq. ft. size.
- Each exhibitor is entitled to one free reprint of his or her badge (due to lost badge; not due to name changes, misspellings, etc.).
