Exhibitor Badge Policy

  1. Each exhibiting company is allotted 5 complimentary exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space rented. Any badges 6 – 10 over allotment will be charged $150 each, badges 11 – 15 will be charged $680 each per additional badge, Badges 16+ will be charged $1,500 each.
  2. The exhibitor badge admits Exhibitors into all Plenary, Podium and Poster Sessions, as well as any non-fee Courses and educational programs at the Annual Meeting. Registration for AUA Courses is available to Exhibitors for a fee. Registration fees will apply to Instructional Courses (ICs) and Hands-on (HO) Lab courses.
  3. Exhibitors sponsoring Science & Technology Hall educational events such as Industry Clinical Update Theater programs, Skills Workshops, Skills Challenge, and any other non-CME educational sessions, will be allotted an additional 10 badges.
  4. ExpoSuites are entitled to 5 exhibit badges for 100 sq. ft, 10 for a 200 sq. ft. size, and 20 badges for the 400 sq. ft. size.
  5. Each exhibitor is entitled to 1 free reprint of his or her badge (due to lost badge; not due to name changes, misspellings, etc.).

How to determine your AUA2023 badge allotment? Standard exhibit booths will receive the following badge allotments:
