AUA2023 Exhibitors – Why Exhibit?

All ExpoSuites are located on the perimeter of the AUA Science & Technology Hall. Your ExpoSuite will provide the privacy of a hotel suite without the challenging transportation logistics. Your staff will have access to your ExpoSuite one hour before the Science & Technology Hall opens. ExpoSuites are available in various sizes. (See details below for specifics).

A standard ExpoSuite includes (quantities based on size):

  • Carpet and padding
  • 1000 watt electrical outlet
  • Maple finished walls
  • 22" x 28" sign
  • Locking door
  • Conference table
  • Side chairs
  • Specialty furniture (20’ x 20’ only, see ExpoSuite Information)
  • Complimentary badges (5 for 100 square feet, 10 for 200 square feet and 20 for 400 square feet)
