AUA2025 – Nanny’s & Granny’s Childcare Voucher

NEW for 2025! AUA2025 is happy to announce a new partnership with Nanny's & Granny's exclusively designed for guests and family members of registered AUA2025 attendees. The AUA is offering vouchers towards their Elite Babysitter level of service worth $150 per day. A voucher may be used for up to 4 days, for a maximum value of $600.

Nanny's & Granny's is a licensed, bonded, and insured childcare service recommended by many Las Vegas hotels. A Nanny's & Granny's Elite Babysitter will come to your hotel room to watch your children. Elite Sitters may care for up to three (3) children at once. Elite Sitters may care for additional children for an additional fee. All Elite Sitters arrive with books, a play pack, and a craft or art activity. They have completed additional liability training which allows them to take children outside of the designated care location (with parents permission). Elite Sitters are able to take children to shows, the arcade, or to the pool (at parent's expense). All Elite Sitters are background checked, CPR & First Aid Certified, and have at least 24 months of childcare experience.

Nanny's & Granny's offers 24/7 service. Advanced registration is highly recommended for safety planning and quantity limitations. If you do not sign up in advance, it is not guaranteed that service will be available.

Follow the below directions to register:

Register by Phone

  1. Call Nanny's and Granny's directly at 702-364-4700 to register.
  2. Make sure to mention you or a family member are an AUA2025 attendee and use the code "UROLOGY25" to redeem the voucher. If you do not mention the code while registering, you will NOT receive the voucher.
  3. Proceed with registration as instructed over the phone.
  4. Please note that Nanny's and Granny's requires a $76.60 pre-discounted, nonrefundable deposit as a booking and holding deposit.
  5. The voucher will be applied upon the final charge sent by Nanny's and Granny's.

Register Online

  1. Use Nanny's and Granny's link to register.
  2. Scroll down and fill out your name, phone number, and email as prompted
  3. Scroll down to the service selections and click the "AUA2025 Member" option at the bottom.

    The voucher is only redeemable for an Elite Sitter, no other services apply. Once you select the "AUA2025 Member" option, the text under the AUA logo will turn red, and you may proceed.
  4. After selecting the Elite Sitter service, scroll down to fill out your information as prompted.
  5. Put the code "UROLOGY25" in the "Child Allergies, Additional Information & Preferences" section, along with any other information you would like to include. If you do not put the code "UROLOGY25" in the "Child Allergies, Additional Information & Preferences" section, you will NOT receive the voucher.
  6. Proceed with registration as instructed on the website. Please note that Nanny's and Granny's requires a $76.60 pre-discounted, nonrefundable deposit as a booking and holding deposit.
  7. After you complete and submit the booking form, you will be redirected to a page that confirms you have placed your booking. Nanny's and Granny's will reach out to you directly with further steps.
  8. The rest of the voucher will be applied upon the final charge sent by Nanny's and Granny's.

By signing up for Nanny's and Granny's services using the discounted AUA2025 voucher rate, you agree to the following:

  • Vouchers do not cover the total cost of childcare; families are responsible for paying the remaining balance.
  • Voucher for Nanny's & Granny's childcare services is exclusively for guests and family members attending AUA2025. Registration will be verified upon signup.
  • Vouchers may only be used between the dates of Saturday, April 26, 2025 – Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
  • Vouchers are only redeemable for Nanny's & Granny's Elite Sitter service, no other service apply.
  • Vouchers are limited to one (1) per family.
  • Elite Sitters may care for up to three (3) children at once. Additional fees may apply if children exceed that amount.
  • Voucher value may not exceed $150/day.
  • A voucher may be used up to 4 days, for a maximum value of $600.
  • If a voucher is used for less than 4 days, unused value may not be redeemed.
  • The AUA is not responsible for paying additional fees including but not limited to parking, or gratuities.
  • If childcare is cancelled before service is provided, AUA is not responsible for paying the remaining balance or fees and the voucher is void.
  • Availability is not guaranteed, as Elite Sitters are limited.
  • The AUA may choose to revoke or cancel vouchers upon its own discretion and without notice.
