AUA Names New Practice Management Senior Manager
LINTHICUM, MD, July 1, 2015--The American Urological Association, a leading advocate for the specialty of urology, is pleased to announce that Joel Dunay has been named senior manager of the Practice Management Department. Mr. Dunay previously served as outreach manager of the department.
In his role as senior manager, Mr. Dunay will be responsible for developing new programs and opportunities for the AUA to assist members in managing their practices, as well as coordinating the activities of the Practice Management Committee and working with the Board of Directors. He also will lead the department's already existing programs, including coding and practice management-related educational courses, the annual Practice Management Conference and the AUA Coding Hotline. He brings to the position nearly 20 years of experience in the practice management sector.
