Exhibitor Portal

Exhibitors will receive login credentials to the Map Your Show Exhibitor Resource Center, where they can access and update their company profile. The company profiles will be visible to attendees via the interactive online floorplan and mobile app.

New Exhibitors should ensure this information is accurate and up to date to help attendees find what they’re looking for on the show floor.

Booth Design

AUA has specific design rules that exhibitors must comply with regarding the placement and size of their booth components.  There are rules for both in-line (100-300 sf) and island (400+ sf) booths.

Please read the Rules and Regulations to ensure your booth display properties meet the AUA guidelines.

AUA must approve booth designs for island (400 sf +) booths. Booth designs, showing scaled elevations from two perpendicular aisles and a plan view, with audio visual presentation plans included, must be submitted to the AUA for pre-approval via the Booth Design Review Form by Friday, March 21, 2025. Multi-level or Covered Booth designs must be approved no later than Friday, March 7, 2025, by the AUA.

Note: No island booth will be allowed to set up at AUA2025 without a pre-approved design.

Beginning in November 2024, you will receive the first issue of our regular exhibitor bulletin from the AUA2025 Exhibits Team. We encourage you to read the monthly exhibitor bulletin to stay abreast of everything about AUA2025. If you miss an exhibitor bulletin, you may access it in the exhibitor portal. Please be sure to add exhibits@AUAnet.org to your trusted sender list.
