*Note: Active and Associate members must also be members of their AUA Section. Please contact your Section for membership application deadlines.
- Urologists actively practicing in the United States, Canada, Mexico or Central America who are Board-certified are eligible to apply for Active membership.
- Associate members need not meet the Board requirement.
- Doctors of Osteopathy who are in possession of an MD or DO degree (or United States medical licensure equivalent) and completion of a urology residency program accredited ACGME (or other equivalent accreditation organization) are eligible for Active membership.
