Early-Career Investigators Workshop
The Early-Career Investigators Workshop (ECIW) is held annually to foster career development in urologic research by providing participants with a solid foundation for successful grant writing. Activities include one-on-one mentoring sessions with scientific advisors, presentations on navigating federally-funded grant programs and opportunities to directly interact with program officers, mock peer review, presentations on developing a fundable research program and career development presentations. Approximately 30 nominees are selected to participate in the workshop.
The 2024 Call for Applications is now closed. Information on the 2025 competition will be available next spring. Please contact Research@auanet.org for more information.
There will be a virtual pre-workshop webinar taking place on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. All selected participants are required to attend.
The workshop will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, and Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the AUA Headquarters in Linthicum, Maryland.
