You are invited to join the AUA on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. EST for a FREE webinar about MVPs (Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Value Pathways), the newest reporting option to fulfill MIPS reporting requirements.  During this session, Karen Johnson and Keonna Feaster Confesor, from the AUA Quality & Measurement Department, will walk attendees through: (1) a review of MIPS, (2) an overview of MVPs, and (3) information about the new Urology MVP.

Karen Johnson is AUA’s Director of Quality & Measurement. In this role, she oversees AUA’s measure development, testing, maintenance, and quality improvement activities and supports measure implementation in AQUA, AUA’s clinical data registry. She holds a doctoral degree in gerontology, along with master's degrees in mathematical sciences/statistics and applied sociology.

Keonna Feaster Confesor, MS, BA

Keonna Feaster Confesor, MS, BA

Keonna Feaster Confesor is a Project Coordinator in the Quality & Measurement department.  In this role, she supports processes and assists with the development of resources related to measurement and quality improvement. She holds a master’s degree in the Joint Program in Survey Methodology (JPSM), along with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice (with honors).
